(144) ; this popular book is published in 1995. It covers the
entire Dave & Sammy eras of Van Halen and even includes some
chapters on Roth's solo career. The best thing about this book
are the photographs - it's loaded with plenty of photos, both in
color and black and white. The author, Malcolm Dome, clearly
favors David Lee over Sammy. Whether you agree or disagree with
the author, you'll love this book for it's great pictures and
interesting background on the Mighty Van Halen! out of print.

together with Ben Humpig (guitar) Danny Vlaskamp (guitar) and
Stein (drums). After the summer of 1987 Danny Vlaskamp and Stein
left to form CRANK ADULTS and later EGGHEAD. Louis Melger
(guitar) and Fred "Drifter" van Hensbergen (drums)
replaced them.
